EST Awarded New Contract with DHHS/OFP September 30, 2008 Enterprise Services & Technologies, Inc. (EST) was awarded a second consecutive contract with DHHS, Office of Population Affairs, Office of Family Planning (OFP), to provide support services in the areas of: 1) technical assistance, 2) conference and meeting management, and 3) Internet-based systems development. This contract substantially expands the scope of EST’s work with OFP. Under the technical assistance portion of the contract, EST will manage and provide the services of highly experienced consultants. They will provide OFP with advice, analysis, and training in fields such as public health research, administrative and financial management systems, and federal regulations, among others. In support of OFP’s meeting and conference support requirements, EST will be responsible for planning and logistical support. OFP's meetings serve as forums to promote the organization's initiatives, distribute information, provide training in new skills, and enhance the skills of the service providers. Finally, EST will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Web-based database system. The system will be used to process technical assistance requests and maintain the consultant roster. The Web site and database system will provide a paperless system for processing and tracking all technical assistance transactions. EST is a woman-owned, minority-owned, small business authorized to participate in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) and Small and Disadvantaged Business (SDB) programs. ***********
