Joanne Barnes
has more than 20 years of experience working with federal and corporate
clients and more than 10 years of success in senior corporate management
positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. In these
positions she has had direct technical and financial responsibility for contracts with combined annual
revenues of more than $10 million.
